Vikenvägen 53 is an idyllic retreat in one of the loveliest spots in the archipelago on the western coast of Sweden: Havstenssund.

A light and airy house with plenty of space for the whole family, it is placed where the sea meets the Swedish granite – just a few short steps will take you from your breakfast on the balcony to your morning sea swim.

The living space is divided into two parts: the older house and the new extension from 2014. In the extension, the entry hall leads you into the living and dining space, which includes a fireplace and offers wonderful views of the sea, as well as access to the balcony and jetty. The modern kitchen is conveniently placed in an open-plan layout connected to the dining space. This part of the house also offers several smaller bedrooms.

Walking through the house, you reach the library and several smaller bedrooms, before you find the newly renovated older house, which offers a small tea kitchen as well as a master bedroom.

The property also has a small guest house and a traditional sauna.

Vikenvägen 53 sleeps 10, of which two beds are in the guest house. A further two beds can be made in the sauna.

All beds and mattresses are brand new.

The amenities include two bathrooms, as well as two shower rooms.

You can comfortably park two family cars on the property.
